Malaysia’s First Large-Scale Solar Project | Freight Forwarding Malaysia

As the country moves towards building a sustainable future, solar is inevitable especially so for Malaysia. Green and renewable energy will be a major trend, particularly when sunlight is omnipresent. It is one of the best ways to produce clean energy.

The government has also encouraged the setting up of solar plants, whether domestic or commercial projects. The approved Large-scale Solar Projects 1, 2 and 3 are a strong attestation.

We are glad to be the appointed forwarder of this project in Negeri Sembilan. Our client specialises in the solar industry and they have several more projects in line. This is a 30 MW floating solar system spanning across 150 acres. It is said to be the country’s first large-scale solar generating facility.

For this project, we have delivered more than 600 containers including Flat Racks. There were PV panels, floating systems, inverters and transformers.

If your company is undertaking or considering to undertake a solar project, do speak to us. Our experiences goes beyond transporting containers. We’re well-versed with the intricacies of documents and customs requirement. Taxes and duties advisory and tariff code consultancy are also our value-added services to our client.
